Delete your account

Delete your Multi Lingo AI account and all its data at any time: in the Android app or on the website, open Settings and choose Delete Account. It is immediate, cancels an active subscription and is confirmed by email. Without access to the account, email general@grasshoppersolutions.online from its address. Payment records stay with Stripe for as long as tax law requires.
